1. Introduction

Welcome to AfriqGig. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Freelancer & Client Obligations

Freelancers: You agree to perform the work in a professional manner, deliver on time, and respect client confidentiality.

Clients: You agree to pay for work securely via our Escrow system. Payments are held until you approve the work or a dispute is resolved.

4. Payments & Escrow

AfriqGig uses a secure Escrow system. When a contract is started, the agreed amount is held by AfriqGig. Funds are released to the Freelancer only upon completion of the work to the Client's satisfaction.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, users agree to use the AfriqGig Resolution Center. Our support team will review the evidence provided by both parties and make a binding decision based on the contract terms.
